This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for Xposed360 subscriptions. By subscribing to Xposed360, you agree to the terms below. This policy supplements our Terms of Service, which govern your overall use of the Service.

1. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

Xposed360 offers two Premium subscription plans:

• Monthly Premium: $7.99 per month
• Annual Premium: $49.99 per year

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Every new Xposed360 account includes a 14-day free trial. During your trial, you have full access to all Premium features and are not charged anything. You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be billed.

To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the plan price and billing frequency you selected at signup.

2. How to Cancel

Xposed360 subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or, where applicable, Google Play. You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, directly through the platform where you subscribed.

Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad):

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
• Tap Xposed360, then tap Cancel Subscription

Google Play (Android):

• Open the Google Play Store app
• Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
• Tap Xposed360, then tap Cancel subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have Premium access until that date and will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

Because your subscription is purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google — not by Xposed360. We do not have access to your payment method and cannot issue refunds directly.

Apple App Store refunds. If you would like to request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple reviews each refund request on a case-by-case basis according to its own policies.

Google Play refunds.If you would like to request a refund for a Google Play purchase, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history. Find the order and select Request a refund. Google reviews each refund request according to its own policies. For older purchases, visit Google Play support.

14-day free trial. We encourage you to take full advantage of your 14-day free trial to evaluate whether Xposed360 is right for you before your first charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial through the App Store or Google Play, as described in Section 2, with no charge to your payment method.

Billing concerns.If Apple or Google declines your refund request and you believe the charge was made in error — for example, an unauthorized charge or a failure of the cancellation process — email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with the subject line “Billing Concern.” While we cannot issue refunds directly, we will review your situation in good faith and may be able to assist by contacting the platform on your behalf or by other means at our reasonable discretion.

Statutory cooling-off periods. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide a statutory right to cancel and receive a refund within a specified period after subscribing (such as the 14-day cooling-off period under the European Union and United Kingdom Consumer Rights Directive), those statutory rights take precedence over this policy. Apple and Google generally honor these statutory rights through their own platforms; if you encounter difficulty, contact us at [email protected].

4. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your Xposed360 account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. When you delete your account:

• Your account, personal data, and check-in history are immediately and permanently deleted from our active systems; residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 3 days before being permanently overwritten, except where retention is legally required
• You will no longer be able to sign in to Xposed360 on any device

Important — subscription cancellation is separate. Deleting your Xposed360 account does not automatically cancel your active subscription with Apple or Google. To stop future charges, you must also cancel your subscription directly through the App Store or Google Play, as described in Section 2. We recommend cancelling your subscription first, then deleting your account.

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you re-subscribe through the App Store or Google Play in the future, a new Xposed360 account will be created — your prior data cannot be restored.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before disputing a charge — we can usually resolve concerns faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended or permanently closed.

7. Price Changes

If we change the price of an active subscription plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies to avoid being charged at the new rate.

8. Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy should first be addressed through [email protected].
